OpenCloud Ltd. said Friday it has secured a $10 million second funding round.  The U.K.-based software company, which has an office in Menlo Park, said the funds will be used for sales, marketing and support of its OpenCloud Rhino product line.  OpenCloud Rhino enables the faster delivery of new person-to-person communications services at a lower price-point throughout the application lifetime — during service development, deployment and operation, the company said.  “It provides the telecommunications industry with a real-time Application Server for agile development, deployment and efficient management of person-to-person communications services across current and next generation network technology.”
