Xtract raises $5,477,000

Xtract, a Helsinki-based provider of social advertising intelligence, has raised EUR 3.5 million ($5.477 million) in VC funding.  “Do you have lots of transaction and communication data?  We have the technology and competence to turn it into cash flow for you.
