Miramar Labs Inc., a Menlo Park, Calif., medical-device maker, raised $20.3 million in a second funding round. There isn’t a huge amount of public information about the company, although it appears that the company is working on electromechanical devices of some sort for “aesthetic indications” - cosmetic surgery.
