Arkalon Ethanol LLC has closed on its 110 MMgy ethanol plant planned to be located near Liberal, Kan. The deal, totaling $113 million in senior debt, will be used toward the construction and operation with a $97 million term loan for the construction of the plant and a $16 million working capital facility for operations.  “In light of the headwinds facing any greefield ethanol project seeking construction financing today, the closing of this transaction is evidence of the strength of the project’s team,”
