Vivacta Ltd. raises $12 million.  Vivacta is an in vitro diagnostic company.  Its novel technology enables rapid, reliable and highly sensitive tests (laboratory-based immunoassay diagnostic tests) to be performed quantitatively at the Point-of-Care. Testing previously confined to the laboratory will be available at the bed-side or in the doctor’s office from a single drop of blood.
