Wesabe: Berkeley personal finance startup Wesabe Inc. has closed a $4 million Series A venture investment round. The Wesabe Web site (at www.wesabe.com) provides a Web-based tool that better allows members to understand where and how they spend money, and incorporates tips from other members on saving. Users can securely download their financial information from their bank and credit card accounts, and can edit and tag, or group, their purchases.
